Rights on sold works
All works are sold with limited rights, to protect the author from the proliferation of improper copies, especially in the case of digital art. The price stipulated in the work corresponds to the rights granted to the work stipulated in detail in the following 3 points. In the case of publications, the price includes a limit of up to 50,000 copies. A higher print run must be negotiated with the author. The author retains the right to continue reproducing the work, either electronically or physically. Exclusively in the case of encrypted works, the price transacted includes the transfer of all rights to the work to the buyer, always and obligatorily indicating the authorship.
Relation of price and rights over the work:

All works within this value are sold with a limited right. The price stipulated in this type of sale corresponds to the right to exhibit, both privately and in exhibitions, a single copy at a time. The author retains the right to continue reproducing the work, either electronically or physically. In the case of digital works, a maximum of 60 pieces of composition are sold, each piece of composition being certified electronically. In the case of print art, a limited number of up to 60 signed copies is issued. - about 1000 CHF additional fees according to contract:
In the case of use of the image in printed or digital publications, the price includes a limit of up to 50,000 copies. A larger print run must be negotiated with the author. The author retains the right to continue reproducing the work, either electronically or physically. - Encrypted works contract according to sales platform:
Exclusively in the case of encrypted works, the agreed price includes the transfer of all rights over the work to the buyer, always and obligatorily indicating the authorship, and following the rules of the contract according to the portal, for example OpenSea.com, or a special contract with the author, in the case of own encryption.
Copyright for Photo Model
The model has the right to sell photographs created during a joint photo session with the artist, with a maximum limit of 5,000 CHF per subject or session, or up to a print run of 40,000 copies in magazines or newspapers. The model retains 100% copyright over their own creations, such as costume designs, hairstyles, and makeup used during the joint photo sessions. Specific terms, including payment, will be defined through a written contract in accordance with Swiss modeling standards and recommendations.
Postproduction
All visual material created by the artist, especially that generated in postproduction (photo montages, photo compositions, paintings, drawings, sculptures, videos, animations, films, AI-based models, loRAs, 3D models, digital art, comics, and comic book characters), is the exclusive property of the author (100% ownership). This material may only be used or published with the express permission of the author. Participation in the current project includes a confidentiality clause.
Copyright for Muses
If the model participates in the photo session as a creative contributor, providing their own ideas for the development of a character or scene, they will be entitled to the benefits corresponding to collaborative work with other creatives.
Models considered as “muses,” who serve as inspiration for the artist, will receive an additional copyright percentage for the photographs and postproduction works. This percentage will range from 10% to 50%, as defined in the contract. Participation in the current project includes a confidentiality clause.
Collaboration with Other Creatives
Any work developed collaboratively between the author and other creatives, under the predefined concept on this platform (fantasy stories based on a blend of “metaFlora” mythologies with the author’s unique perspective), will be considered a shared work. In such cases, copyright may be divided equally, up to 50% for each party, as stipulated in the contract. Specific details, such as payment or profit-sharing, will be agreed upon in a written contract. Participation in the current project includes a confidentiality clause.For the sale of digital works resulting from collaborative efforts, conducted through encrypted platforms such as OpenSea.io and similar platforms, a percentage of the profit will be allocated to the participating creatives, ranging from 10% to 50% of the transaction value.
