My photography of the Swiss Alps is born from experience rather than observation.
It is deeply connected to my passion for the mountains and hiking—the physical journey of climbing, the silence of the trails, the changing light, and above all, the extraordinary sense of freedom I feel at high altitude.
For me, photographing the Alps means becoming part of the landscape. Every image carries something of the path that led me there: the effort of the ascent, the wind, the solitude, the vastness, and that unique moment when the world seems to open beneath your feet.
I do not simply photograph mountains as beautiful landscapes. I photograph the experience of being among them.
This is where my Alpine photography begins: in the encounter between landscape, movement, freedom, and lived experience.
